Part Warranties

60 day and Extended Terms

Front and Rear Axle Assemblies Terms
 

Standard Part Warranty:

All parts sold by Jerry’s Auto Parts & Salvage come with a standard 60day part warranty. This protects the original purchaser on the part purchased for 60 days from the date of purchase. If the part fails Jerry’s will attempt to get a replacement part for the customer. If Jerry’s is unable to get a replacement part they will refund the purchase price of the part.

Extended Warranties
Extended part warranties can be purchased on all parts we sell.

.....Silver Part Coverage Plan:

This will protect the original purchaser on the part only, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. The cost of this to the customer is 10% of the purchase price. If the part fails, Jerry’s will attempt to get a replacement part for the customer. If we are unable to get a replacement part we will refund the purchase price of the part.

.....Gold Part Coverage Plan:

This will protect the original purchaser on the part only, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. The cost of this to the customer is 20% of the purchase price. If the part fails, Jerry’s will attempt to get a replacement part for the customer. If we are unable to get a replacement part we will refund the purchase price of the part.


Labor Warranties

.....Standard Labor Warranty:

None of the parts we sell come with a labor warranty. You can
purchase a labor warranty on some of the parts we sell.

Labor warranties can only be purchased on the following
parts if they are installed by an approved ASE certified
shop and have a minimum purchase price of $350.00


Engine
Transmission
Transaxle
Transfer Case
Rear End Assembly
Front Axle Assembly

.....Labor Coverage Plan:

This will protect the original purchaser on some of the labor costs of repairing or replacing the part purchased on the original invoice, if the part fails within the standard warranty period or extended warranty period ( if purchased ). If the part fails within the warranty
period, Jerry’s will pay $ 50.00 per hour, per the designated in house flat rate book time to repair or replace the failed part. The cost to the customer is 15% of the purchase price.

.....All warranties are non-transferable. Vehicles excluded from the warranties are any used for commercial, racing, boating and off road use.
